Rihanna launches her new fragrance Reb'l Fleur at House Of Fraser, Oxford Street, London. She showed up to the launch wearing green pants with a feathery green top. While Rihanna is known for taking fashion risks, this outfit really isn't doing her justice. She looks like a giant big green bird.
